Scope of Work:
Marin Concrete’s project scope included structural and site concrete work throughout the Universal P-294 CityWalk Hubs development, including the Central Hub, East Hub, West Hub, CityWalk elevator and restroom areas, and associated plazas and bridges. Concrete-related work included cast-in-place structural concrete, paving, curbs, stairs, ramp walls and wall footings, retaining walls, slabs on metal deck, and associated reinforcing steel and welded wire mesh.
