Marin Concrete performed extensive site and specialty concrete improvements for the SWC Landscape Nursery & Tech – Increment 1 project in Chula Vista, California. Work included pedestrian and vehicular concrete paving, integral colored concrete, decorative concrete bands, curbs and gutters, cast-in-place architectural walls, tree protection and radius walls, monument signage, concrete steps, bollard and light pole footings, CMU wall footings, pier and pilaster footings, concrete caps, headwalls, and specialty Topcast, sandblast, handseeded, and in-form retarder finishes.
