Scope of Work:
Marin Concrete performed extensive site concrete and hardscape improvements for UCR Parking Structure 1 in Riverside, California. Work included integral-color vehicular concrete pavement and pedestrian walkways, curbs and gutters, seat walls, electrical and specialty concrete pads, light pole footings, curb ramps, joint sealants, and associated site improvements.
The project incorporated UCR Tan integral-color concrete, reinforced pedestrian and vehicular paving, light sandblast finishes, truncated-dome paving, and other specialized concrete elements throughout the site.
